Neurodivergent, Autistic, people with IDD have historically been under supported and invisibilized.

Let’s change that.

  • Individual sessions are designed for adults with IDD who want to build on life skills, strengthen relationships, and develop practice life skills at a pace that makes sense for them.

    What this looks like:

    • A safe, supportive space to talk about whatever is on your mind - friendships, work, dating, boundaries, daily routines, or anything in between.

    • An engaging space to practice and build upon relational skills.

Mission

R.E.A.L. Connections is committed to building a space that center and uplift the needs of people with disabilities who have been pushed aside, invisibilized, and othered by traditional learning spaces.

Here, people are allowed to show up exactly as they are. A growing and learning space free of judgement, where clients are met where they are. An open space where clients are invited to ask questions they have,
to build life skills they are struggling with, to build upon skills that they would like to strengthen, and to co-hold the complex realities of the lives they live.
